1. Inhale and Exhale. Inhale mentally and chant "So". As you exhale Chant "Hans".
2. Don't control the breath, think that breath is naturally chanting "So Hans". Remain attentive. You can bring the forefinger of the right hand to the palm as a rhythm as you inhale and exhale.
If you have problems in feeling the breath, concentrate on breathing process, the filling of diaphragm, chest expanding and contracting.
3. Feel the breath, keep the gaze steady at the divine eye, all through the meditation. Feel the breath in the nostrils and in the nasal cavity.
4. You can feel the awareness, energizing the divine eye.
5. If you feel mind getting astray, get it back to the divine eye, the breath and "So Hans" mantra.
6. This process should be effortless in controlling the breath.
7. The Spaces as you Inhale and exhale, the gap will increase in space. Enjoy this state of emptiness, calmness and serene feeling. You must identify with the breathing, then transforming into the light, the energy. You are enlarging into infinite space at the Divine Eye.
8. As your spaces are widened, breathing is slow and smaller and smaller and you are calm. As if no need to breath.
Enjoy this sense of freedom, calmness and joy. Try to feel God within, as the luminescence, various lights, fragrance, peace, love, happiness, joy and bliss. Some people, the Hatha Yogis, can stop their breath for long times, but that is not the purpose here.
9. End the process of "So Hans", with 3 times deep inhalation and exhalation. The "So Hans" should be done from 5-10 minutes, one third time or half the period of meditation. Or 20 minutes to 2 hours, as the less time will not yield noticeable results.
