L. Relax Button Mediation programming the mind:
1. If you have done mental programming of this Mudra, (Thumb and index finger) that in this Mudra, you are in meditation, that you are relaxed from anxiety, stress, tensions, that you are withdrawing from outside to within, that your senses are calmed down. Then you can stress free, burden-less.
2. Make a habit of this Mudra in a part of your mediation position.
3. When you are in press button position, the right signals will produce desired effect. Thoughts will change automatically. As you are in temple with folded hands, you always find change in your thoughts.
Now do it sitting as you do it in temple. Your thoughts change. Mon, the mind recognizes your surrendering feelings in the position. So closing eyes, folding hands has become the signal. Same way in the PB position, you will get into same thoughts everytime, same mental conditioning, same within-ness.
As you make PB position, you will feel stress free, mental strength position. This can be useful at stage, in day today movements, in office, business, shop, workplace, decision making, community, hospital etc., and you can make the press button position to remain sahaj, confident.
Soon after PB position, your mind body get the signal, you are relaxed, gone within, in meditation, stress free and are in a poised state of mind.
Once you are successful in programming with PB, you will be successful in meditation and will derive benefits all your life.
4. Benefits for students: When students study, they should study with PB position of one hand. Then during exams, when they are unable to remember, if they make PB position, they will go into that very state of mind and will start remembering.
Further, We are students all our life as dispelling ignorance with experiences, activities and knowledge. We seek to evolve.
5. You can make other PB mudras, positions for different kinds of thoughts and results. Most people pray with folded hands. The prayers can be without folded hands also, but those saints who made this method, must have made keeping simplicity in the mind.
