1. Identify a shop which is north facing, for not only the lady luck will bestow fortunes on you, all the same there will be less modifying Vaastu requirements.

3. There should be no lift in the front of the shop.

12. Don't purchase any shop with unconventional shapes like triangular, angular, hexagonal, rhombus or trapezoid.
13. The ideal shapes for the shops are a square or a rectangle.
14. Don't buy a shop with extensions in the South, South-West or the West of the SW.
15. The extensions in a shop are best in North-East, North and the East in receding order.
16. Don't purchase a shop with uneven floor construction.
17. Decide purchasing a shop with the floors, which are lower in the East, North East or North. These floors are good for business.
18. Decide for a shop, which has higher or heavier floor level in the South, South West or West of SW.
19. The shop should be properly inaugurated for the blessings of the "Shopping Gods".
