Rajkot Woman Strips to Protest Dowry

There is the news in the newspapers on 5th July'07 that Pooja Chauhan, aged 22, walks on the streets of Rajkot in her innerwear with a baseball bat in her hand. This was in protest of harassment by her in-laws, who are torturing her for not bringing sufficient dowry and bearing a female child.

Astrologically speaking, the Lagna/Ascendant is Scorpio, with retrograde and combust Jupiter placed there, and aspect of fall at the 7th house, the house of life partner, which disturbs married life.

Attempt of Suicide: Further, both 1st and 7th houses become week, as also Mars aspects of fall on the 1st house and Jupiter there, so she made an attempt to self immolate herself outside the police commissioner's house.
