The BETA research of Syosset, N.Y., USA, recently surveyed 2000 people asking them, "what they would most like to change, if they could"? The focus was in the context of:
1. Being our best,
2. Wanting to be happier and
3. To get most out of life.
The findings are as follows in order of priority. What people want to achieve are:
1. More financial security,
2. To enjoy better health,
3. Achieve greater success,
4. Enhance home life,
5. Improve appearance,
6. Improve education
7. Better family relationships,
8. Increase relaxation,
9. Enhance life-style,
10. Improve outlook on life.
So we see that everybody wants more of something. Although, the definition of success is personal or customized, i.e., different for different people, but one of the definition of SUCCESS is: "SUCCESS IS THE ONGOING PROCESS OF BECOMING MORE, OR DEVELOPING ALL ASPECTS OF OUR FULL POTENTIAL."
But first:
1. We have to BE more, to develop ourselves both mentally and spiritually,
2. Before we can DO more and before we can HAVE more.
The world is full of people who want to have above-average results without willing to become above-average people in actions. And we know that is not possible.
Therefore, I sincerely believe that:
If you always do what you always did,
You will always get what you always got.
Even some companies think they are doing their best when actually they are not doing:
"The Made in Europe" study showed that 70% of UK companies thought they performed world-class levels, whereas only 2.3% were found to do so. …Tomorrow's company, Royal society of Arts Inquiry, Gower, 1995.
Learn to accept the possibility that the universe is helping you, with what you are doing.

Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.

Secondly, it is matter of our physical action applied towards a specific objective. We need to organize action plan, specialize knowledge and need to associate with the like-minded and supportive people and keep stimulating thinking for the creative process.
You must remember the Newton's law of momentum that all dynamic forces, like giant snowballs rolling down a hill, attract in the like kind— that is they grow, mature, and create their own momentum.
Your success Chariot: With the tools described your personal vehicle will be transformed into a chariot of fire. It will radiate confidence, power, and a sense of direction. All this effort on your part will put you on an elevated mental platform well above those around. You will find yourself on a mental high, sustained simply by your positive thoughts and feelings and excitement about your future achievements. It is a feeling of euphoria—a great feeling of well-being characterized by buoyant vigor and energy. It will set you apart from your peers and sustain you in your relationships with God and others.
Here is a word of caution: Not every one will understand your new mental attitude or advent your transformed sense of self. How you react to this is very important. You cannot be all things to all people, but you must remain true towards goals and their achievements. Learn to understand and tolerate others views and limitations as well as your own. Do not judge them using the same criteria by which you judge yourself. And learn to accept criticism from others, for they are right from their points-of-view. You can only be responsible for your own behavior. Do not try to impress other people—rather sincerely be impressed by them, and they will be more receptive to your views. The world famous philosopher Henry David Thoreau says in "Walden".
If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary; new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him; or the more laws can be expanded, and interpreted in his favor in a more liberal sense, and he will live with the license of a higher order of beings.
The entire question of your success now hinges on only two things: First-your natural abilities of focused actions, and second; the depth and strength of your desires. You are now onwards going to the process of setting the example and determining the pace.
