1. Feel happy: The state of happiness in your heart, rearranges your luck account to bring you more happiness and joy in your life. You should avoid fear, anger and frustration feelings and feel good about yourself and others. Focus on the heart, concentrate on it, feel the happy feeling blooming like a flower in the centre of your heart, transmute this happiness as smile on your face. This will bring stability for happiness.

2. Feel Rich: Go better with your life style. Improve your clothing, eating, show the wealth to yourself. What ever you have, feel good about it. Do not ever say ?I am poor?

3. Use of Fingers: Hand and fingers carry all the energy of our body, all the five elements are available in our fingers. One should not rotate, use fingers without any reason. Some people clap the table or their body, this activity is not auspicious. The energy of the body is drained this way.

4. Postures of body: Sitting crossed handed and crossed legged stops the positive energy to come in our life. These postures show the negative attitude towards life and stubbornness in life. 5. Eat less: Eating uptil you have hunger or more than that is not auspicous. One should try to eat less the hunger. Remember communication between our stomach and heart is very late.

6. Create strong energies: Create strong energy environment around you. Good lightning, de-cluttering, cleanliness, soothing light colors in combinations with sharp colors should be used for enhancing the strong energies.

7. Cleanse the negative energies: If we can not stop the generation of negative energies, one should always try to clean the negative environment.
